This week in the show business coach and mentor Jacob Aldridge describes the various stages of business growth.   In the first part of the journey excitement and enthusiasm slowly give way to uncertainty and anxiousness. This could be time when you feel stuck. Jacob looks at the priorities to help you overcome some of the speed bumps.

The foundation has now been set for you to move to the next level. As you will hear today from Shannon Harvey, it is important once you start to have a mindset to maintain the momentum. This will not be easy but Shannon well explain how to do that.

Now that you’ve established what it is you need to change to improve in your business (we discussed that yesterday with Shannon Harvey) it’s now time to set the plan. There will be some homework because of what we talk about today, but as you will see, it’s time well spent.

Talk is cheap, as you will here today.  Shannon Harvey was willing to ask yourself some tough questions because she was serious about making the changes necessary to keep developing her business this year.

At the end of 2016 I was a guest on a panel discussion in Brisbane and met Shannon Harvey. I was so impressed with Shannon’s approach to the business that I was prompted to talk to her about her plans and how she was setting up for 2017. Our shows this week will be the result. Shannon has been widely recognised, for many years as a top agent. I’m sure you’ll enjoy my talks with Shannon and gain many insights about structuring your business for this year.

This week we have been telling you just how easy it is to write your own book. It’ll take seven hours of your time. But what’s the point if no one reads it? That’s what Nick Raithel talks about this morning and tells you how you can get it into their hands.

More from Nick Raithel this morning about publishing your own book. Today he talks about content and how not to make it sound like an advertisement for you while it really is.
