Today we take a look back over the week and the various stages that make up the lifecycle of a business. Jacob will give us an overview of the key messages in each stage, what the priorities should be and the risk factors in each part of the cycle. This is a time for reflection and also a time for you to plot where you are right now.

We continue our journey of developing the various stages of the lifecycle of a business as we look at the final stage. Here you can take pride for a job well done or you may have desire for something more. If you are thinking of an exit strategy, what would you need to depart? There are lots of questions at this stage all of which we discuss today with Jacob.

Today Jacob Aldridge takes us into the third phase of the lifecycle of a business and that is ”Step Up”.  At this point you might be experiencing overwhelm in addition to disillusionment and you even may want to give up. You will need to have the courage to change what worked in the past to face the future. No one said this would be easy.

As we continue our journey with Jacob Aldridge and look at the life cycle of the business, stage two deals with the euphoria as you achieve your goals. You will experience confidence and then relaxed growth but a great deal of frustration. Jacob today will talk about how forward planning can help you avoid some of the bottlenecks.

This week in the show business coach and mentor Jacob Aldridge describes the various stages of business growth.   In the first part of the journey excitement and enthusiasm slowly give way to uncertainty and anxiousness. This could be time when you feel stuck. Jacob looks at the priorities to help you overcome some of the speed bumps.

The foundation has now been set for you to move to the next level. As you will hear today from Shannon Harvey, it is important once you start to have a mindset to maintain the momentum. This will not be easy but Shannon well explain how to do that.

Now that you’ve established what it is you need to change to improve in your business (we discussed that yesterday with Shannon Harvey) it’s now time to set the plan. There will be some homework because of what we talk about today, but as you will see, it’s time well spent.

Talk is cheap, as you will here today.  Shannon Harvey was willing to ask yourself some tough questions because she was serious about making the changes necessary to keep developing her business this year.

At the end of 2016 I was a guest on a panel discussion in Brisbane and met Shannon Harvey. I was so impressed with Shannon’s approach to the business that I was prompted to talk to her about her plans and how she was setting up for 2017. Our shows this week will be the result. Shannon has been widely recognised, for many years as a top agent. I’m sure you’ll enjoy my talks with Shannon and gain many insights about structuring your business for this year.
