There are many skills you need to develop as an agent if you are going to run successful auction campaigns. One of those skills is how you work with the auctioneer. Unfortunately, many agents think they can leave all the hard work to the auctioneer on the day of the auction and somehow it will all magically work.

One of the ways you will be able to sell more auctions is by being able to explain the benefits to the seller while understanding the benefits to you. It’s also a good opportunity to display your skills.
