The best way to handle the ‘tough conversations” is not to think of them as ‘tough’ but ‘necessary’. Write down what it is you need to achieve from the conversation and then lay out the steps you need to take to achieve that outcome. Then DO IT!
What it means to be BOLD
- The difference between knowing and doing
- Tough conversations or necessary conversations
- Remain relevant and necessary
- Pick one activity to improve then work out what to do to do that
