Look for when they reach out with a question

Social Media is not a one way street.  You need to engage in conversations so listen to what people in your area are discussing and offer suggestions and solutions.  This type of engagement will help convert those with potential properties to sell into loyal subjects.  Isn’t that what it is all about.
