Use automation to leverage your human strengths

On this week’s episode of Real Estate Renovators, former Real Estate CEO Simon Baker shares a pretty simple message: agents must embrace technology. That might come as no surprise, given his deep experience and expertise in helping the industry adopt and benefit from technology but, as he tells Bill Nikolouzakis, agents that use technology to do mundane tasks are better able to focus on the relationship side of their business.

He shares some of his thoughts on what agents should be doing now and what the future is likely to hold. As you’ll see, he says it’s not all about automation, but rather how you use it to your best advantage so that your ‘human’ strengths can be maximized.
