There has been an explosion of prop tech products in the PM space, we were open to this disruption due to the “laggard” software systems we have been using. Sadhana asks Cathie how she is embracing technology in the Place business, if it is it giving high levels of efficiency, the ability to scale up quickly, is it reducing the number of people you need to manage properties and can she see this changing how we have done PM to date especially around structures.
