Tameka Smith may be REIA’s Property Manager of the Year and the Director of Property Management at one of the best agencies in Tasmania, but she did not start there. Key2 Property’s directors had all worked at big brand companies before founding the business four years ago, so creating an independent agency was a significant risk and a new challenge for them.

Even so, they grew fast. Key2 Property managed to grow their listings from 0 to 495 in their first three years, built a self-sustaining stream of customers, and is heavily involved in their community.
