RealtyAds releases new age tech

The success of proptech startup RealtyAds has accelerated in recent months due to agent demand for innovative and automated online advertising both for property and agent profile marketing. 

As property marketing is pivoting from traditional, slow to market and highly expensive marketing techniques such as; mass-distributed letter box drops, spending hours making cold calls, or relying on listing portal exposure (which now costs thousands per property on major portals) – agents and their vendors are looking for alternative options. Agents are now building entire property marketing campaigns using a combination of social media ads, extensive search engine distribution, and website displays, which can be automatically distributed whenever they list or sell a property.

Realty Media Group’s Founder, Troy Rushton, said his company offers a very unique automated distribution platform for agents who want to leverage social, search & web marketing.  “The results we are achieving are exciting and forward-thinking agents are embracing it,” said Rushton.

RealtyAds is the newest product to roll out from the prolific tech team at Realty Labs which is part of the Realty Media Group.   As well as RealtyAds, RMG also incorporates realty.com.au, now one the largest listing portals in Australia working with over 6,000 agency offices in AU and NZ.

“We are currently beta testing a number of new innovative products that will empower those agents who want to capitalise on the shift in consumer behavior” Rushton concluded.
