One of the highlights of the recent Property Management Leadership Summit was the awards given by Jo-Anne Oliveri, the Founder and Managing Director of ireviloution.

In this video, Jacob Aldridge, one of the presenters on the two-day summit, had the chance to exchange thoughts with 2 winners of the awards – Paula Alsford & Alana Leonard.

Paula, the owner of Realmark Whitfords, was presented with Pinnacle – symbol of distinction, which represents excellence achieved in the property management industry. On the other hand, Alana who is also from Realmark Whitfords, was given the Mountaineer Award which is an award given only to one individual per year whose recipient has achieved the highest echelons of success both in the industry and for the clients they serve and the company they work for. To be acknowledged and presented with the Mountaineer Award, the recipient must demonstrate a passion and purpose and have an attitude of constant learning and striving for success.
