From 1991 to 1999, Steven Hornstock was an executive at Helmsley Spear, one of the largest privately-held real estate companies in the US. During his tenure, he focused on land use, property assemblage for future New York City development projects, and investment property acquisitions for the firm’s clients. But what most people don’t know is that when he was first hired, he had no salary nor a draw… but they were rolling in it.
In the latest episode of Building New York with Michael Stoler, Steven talks about his road to co-managing partner and director of investment sales at ABS Partners Real Estate.
Steven is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York since 1976 and an active member of the Sales Brokers Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He currently serves as a director on the Commercial Board of Directors of REBNY.
