This week we talk to Tanja Lee – leading wellness coach – on how does being unwell shows up and what we need to look out for. We cover things off like absenteeism, presenteeism as well the blame game. We know that as we go into the end of the year people are tired and cranky however this last two years we have had the added stress of lockdowns, not being able to see family and friends, travel, attend functions, many of us have lost loved ones and have been unable to celebrate their lives or say goodbye. All of this adds up and we need to know the signs so we can provide help.
