17 Aug HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HAVE A REAL ESTATE COACH?

How much does it cost NOT to have a coach? –  should be the question.

I recently interviewed Haesley Cush from Ray White New Farm and was surprised to hear that he has had the same coach for decades.

He told the story that when he was considering hiring her (Anne-Marie O’Brien) he was questioning the cost and a colleague asked that question?

He thought about it and even though he thought he couldn’t afford to do it he did. He is so glad he did.

The interview with Haesley was about being accountable which is the 7^th Habit I have identified that all great agents have.

He made several other points in the interview:

• Do you REALLY want to achieve the outcome?
• Accountability is the dancing partner to consistency
• Consistency is critical to success
• A coach needs to make you feel uncomfortable
