A partnership between Real Estate Industry Partners (REIP) and Australasian data proptech Valocity will see the roll out of a jointly owned data platform called REIP Nexus that will provide REIP members (currently 50% plus of the industry in Australia) with real time data on listings and sales for the creation of digital CMA’s and a real time understanding about market trends.
