At a relatively young age, Adrian Knowles has gained experience in a surprisingly wide variety of roles in the industry. But it took a total break from the industry that allowed him to gain a new perspective and return successfully. He served as an assistant to one of Australia’s top agents, worked as a salesperson, and then, at the same office, took over as Principal. From there came a developmental role with a major franchise group, he then returned to sales in a leadership role, moved from residential to rural then to a leadership role for growth at Harcourts. Still, with Harcourts, he was elevated to National CEO just over a month ago. Adrian joins us this week on Realty UNCUT
