Born in Jerusalem, Ofer Cohen took a leap of faith to test his luck in Brooklyn.

It’s a refreshing episode we have today with Ofer Cohen as he connects the dots from his past experiences to where he is now. From having a car wash business at 12 as his first entrepreneurial endeavor, serving in the Israeli Defense Force to marketing gigs, and finally having the courage to build his own company – TerraCRG in Brooklyn. 
The company is a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm focused exclusively on Brooklyn. Cohen has always believed that giving back to the community is a privilege for his team, and these institutions make Brooklyn a special place to settle in.
