It is estimated that 50% of all NZ Government rentals that have been tested for methamohetamine have returned a positive result. There are close to 400 properties there that have been declared uninhabitable due to meth contamination. From all accounts the problem is even worse in Australia because we have the highest number of meth users per capita in the English speaking world. We don’t know how bad it is here and that is the frightening.
