When people think about the real estate industry, they have the impression that it’s either broker or agent centric. But most people don’t realise that about 15 to 20 years ago, the industry started to become more client oriented.
The industry still needs to be focused on an agent’s or broker’s needs, yes, but one of the reasons the real estate industry might be in a bit of a bind right now is that we’ve lost sight of the fact that the ultimate end user of our product are buyers and sellers.
We need to do a better job in giving them a great customer experience.
