• Melbourne clears over 75%
• Sydney clears over 80%
• Minor capitals all above 50%

There were 2,000 auctions in Australasia’s capitals over the last week returning a preliminary clearance rate of 75.6%.
Melbourne’s 912 auctions returned a clearance of 75.1% from the 744 reported results while Sydney reported 573 from 724 showing a clearance of 84.3%.
Canberra was the best performing smaller capital with a preliminary 64.2% clearance on 69 auctions.
