Picking what a property market is going to do is not an easy task.  It requires a tremendous amount of information and an understanding of how all the factors work together.  According to Simon Pressley from Propertyology, it is a huge mistake to say that it is all about supply and demand.  In this 8 minute video he explains that even demand can be broken down and when all the indicators are dissected they then need to be looked at in combination.
