The Sydney property market appears to have turned from a sellers’ market to a buyers’ market. The Institute in New South Wales says that the majority of property markets across Sydney and NSW have experienced price falls or have remained flat across the first quarter of 2019.   Tim McKibbin details where the falls have been most marked.
