When Carolyn and I sold our property a few weeks ago we decided to take it to auction – the date fell just a week after the Federal election.  That was either going to be a master stroke or a disaster.  It turned out well.   But there was one other thing we did that paid big dividends and Gabby Townsing joins me to discuss what we did.
