The year was 2009 and at least 2 new Brisbane suburbs were being created and occupied before there was any rail links.  They also triggered a boom on house and land packages.  Just 2 of the property developments we have seen in the last decade.  Our man on the ground in Brisbane – Shannon Davis – tells the story.
