Denis Najzar from Place Bulimba talks about living in Morningside. He speaks about why he chooses to live there as well as sell the real estate there. Denis conducts over 1,000 open homes a year and, in this conversation, it is easy to see why he is the choice of local sellers, buyers and valuers who turn to him for an understanding about the Morningside marketplace.
In Shannon’s Market Overview he paints a realistic picture about Brisbane’s growth and points out that it is Australia’s 5th most affordable city but indicators like ‘time on market’ and ‘vendor discounting’ show that there is strong confidence in the market.
Shannon and Kevin are also joined by REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella who sets out her 2018 wish list for the Queensland real estate market. What does she see ahead, what would she like to see happen and the REIQ outlook for 2018?
