There are indications that property prices may be slowing in some parts of the country which is being heralded as ”good news”.  Dr Shane Geha is not one of those who holds that view.   In fact he says we need more growth and its growth that will keep our economy alive. He firmly believes the house prices will continue to grow and that we need to plan for that growth.
