James Kuhn worked as a top commercial broker in New York City before joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 1992. He brokered and advised in more than $4 billion worth of transactions – transactions amounting to over 30 million sq feet!

He has been Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s president since 1992 and also currently serves as a principal. A philanthropist and former fencer, Kuhn speaks earnestly about his “blessed life” and the “need to give back.”
