07 Sep Stable clearance on lower numbers of auctions
This week, the combined capital city preliminary auction clearance rate was down only slightly across a lower volume of auctions. There were 882 homes taken to auction over the week, slightly more than 50% less than a year ago and down from 1,128 over the previous week.
For our featured sale of the week we turn to New Farm Brisbane where for the past 45 years, this extremely private riverfront property has brought the greatest joy to generations of the one family. 36a Oxlade Drive was auctioned on Saturday by Matt Lancashire from Ray White New Farm and sold under the hammer for $8 million dollars. The nations top sale and we show you through.
