Much of the media over the weekend was consumed with ‘doom and gloom’ reporting of a falling market, especially in Sydney, but that was proven to be unfounded.  Both Sydney and Melbourne auction clearance rates were above the previous weekend on the back of an increase in numbers.  Brisbane also turned in a better than expected clearance rate.  So as we head into Super Saturday this weekend Dr Andrew Wilson gives us his expert view of what is ahead.
