There are – potentially some exciting times ahead. It now looks like a formality that south-east Queensland will host the 2032 Olympic Games. More than 10,000 of the world’s best athletes from more than 200 nations will be gearing up to put on the show of all shows Down Under in 11-years from now. It is the question on all minds now – if not now then it will be shortly – How will the Olympic Games impact property prices?  Simon Pressley from Propertyology has put in some hard work to get to the facts and he joins Kevin Turner now to talk about what he believes will happen.
