There is no doubt there have been a lot of changes in the last few decades in how we buy a family home, invest in property or sell a property.  Technology has played a big part in shaping those changes.   One thing that has not changed though – despite technology – is the significance of getting the right agent.  Property marketing is like fashion trends – forever evolving and changing.   Likewise, agents are constantly looking for ways to stand out.  The goal of every agent is to stand out enough, so they are called in for advice by any potential seller.  This scramble to self-promote by agents can lead to confusion for a seller looking for the best agent.
