06 Dec Daniel Moore on transferring from the military to real estate
Before joining New York City-based property developer Rockefeller Group, Moore spent 16 years with Houston-based Hines in various positions of increasing authority in New York, Connecticut and Washington, D.C. His responsibilities included office and residential development, capital markets and investment management, as well as marketing and leasing.
In 2016, he joined Rockefeller Group as Executive Vice President and Head of Urban Development before becoming President and CEO in 2018.
Before beginning his real estate career, Mr Moore served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force. He received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
