- Encouraging clearance

Preliminary clearance rates across the combined capitals held above the 60% mark for the 4th consecutive week, with 60.6% of the 1,028 results collected so far by CoreLogic recording a successful result.
Watch a comprehensive wrap on the week’s national auction activity around Australia with Eliza Owen from CoreLogic. Auction Update is seen exclusively on Realty Talk. See all our shows at Realty.com.au
