- Almost 5,000 auctions
- Sets a new CL record
- Clearance dips lower
There were just under 5,000 homes taken to auction across the combined capital cities this week (4,970), the busiest week for auctions since CoreLogic records commenced in 2008. The high volumes have seen the preliminary clearance rate trending lower over the past couple of months and this week was no exception.
