• Numbers almost half last year
  • Buyers still subdue
  • Sellers not sure

There were 2,393 homes taken to auction across the combined capital cities this week – the busiest week since mid-June.

While up slightly from the previous week, the number of homes taken to auction this week was almost half the number this time last year, when selling conditions were more favourable. Of the 1,824 results collected so far, 61.5% were successful.

Watch a comprehensive wrap on the week’s national auction activity around Australia with Eliza Owen from CoreLogic.   Auction Update is seen exclusively on Realty Talk.  See all our shows at Realty.com.au
