Realty partners with LockedOn

Realty Media Group has announced a partnership with one of Australia’s leading real estate CRM’s to have its proprietary automated marketing platform, RealtyAds, fully integrated into the LockedOn suite of features for real estate agencies.

Realty Media Group CEO Troy Rushton said this integration will enable agents using the LockedOn platform to offer sellers the opportunity to have their property distributed to the largest geo based social media audience in the country along with search engines & directories.

More property buyers and sellers than ever are relying on information from social media to help them make their decisions about their choice of agent and the selection of a property.

“Consumers spend 80 times more hours on social media than they do on traditional property websites and this is the reason agents are having more success communicating with them and helping them on their property journey” said Rushton.

LockedOn is the first Australian CRM to make RealtyAds available as a fully integrated feature. It is estimated to save agencies as much as 30 minutes on every new listing and gives agents the added benefit of instant automated marketing of successful sales to foster new listing opportunities.

LockedOn CEO Luke Newton said he considers the RealtyAds offering in their platform will significantly increase its value offering to the industry as they drive for increased market share next year.

Realty Media Group is in negotiations with several other major property related CRM’s for the implementation of its proprietary technology.
