Wellness has become a critical conversation to have with our people, especially in those states where there have been significant days in lockdown.<\/p>\n

Over the next 4 weeks, we will unpack this topic with Tanja Lee from\u00a0TMJ Coaching.<\/u><\/a>\u00a0In this first episode, we discuss why the conversation of wellness is important.<\/p>\n

In a recent\u00a0PWC survey<\/u><\/a>\u00a0of over 1800 employees, it was interesting to note that 22% of employees valued support of their wellness above all other factors. This included mental health support, wellness benefits and work-life balance.<\/p>\n

85% of employees also said that their wellness had declined during the pandemic.<\/p>\n

Real Care App<\/u><\/a>\u00a0has been designed by the real estate industry, for the industry, you can download it from the\u00a0App Store<\/u><\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0Google Play<\/u><\/a> – it should be on every employee’s phone. There are tools for breathing, sleeping, managing emotions, budgeting, and much more.<\/p>\n

Please take the time to\u00a0download the app<\/u><\/a>\u00a0today, share it with family and friends and remember, you may not need it today, however, when and if you do, it will be easily available to you.<\/p>\n
