I am sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings but if you want to become an overnight success, then don\u2019t pick real estate as a career!<\/p>\n

You would be forgiven for thinking that, from what you hear and what you are told, \u2018anyone can earn a million dollars in commission \u2013 you just have to want to do it!\u2019<\/p>\n

If only it was that easy.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t be fooled by sprukers who tell you that they can turn anyone into a million-dollar agent.\u00a0 If that was true then why aren\u2019t they doing it themselves?<\/p>\n

Simple answer is that it is not that simple.<\/p>\n

Having said that, let me say, it is possible.\u00a0\u00a0 With one condition:<\/p>\n

\u201cIf it is going to be \u2026.. it will be up to me\u201d<\/p>\n

Some golden rules:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Don\u2019t mix with losers<\/li>\n
  2. Take chances<\/li>\n
  3. Make a total commitment<\/li>\n
  4. Stay focused<\/li>\n
  5. Do the extra things extraordinarily well<\/li>\n
  6. Follow up \u2013 follow up \u2013 follow up<\/li>\n
  7. Reward yourself<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
