Good brokers have access to business bankers with whom they can arrange loans \u2013 something that someone cannot do by just walking into their local branch.<br \/>\nAnd because commercial lending is more sophisticated than residential lending, the banks are more comfortable lending to companies, trusts and PITs.\u00ae<br \/>\nThe C&amp;N Finance team are adept at arranging finance on a number of commercial properties. They have included (amongst others);<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Offices<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Shops<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Warehouses<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Factories<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Car parks<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Restaurants<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Gyms<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Petrol stations<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Medical premises<br \/>\nBecause the banks are being more aggressive in this space, rates are also more competitive. In 2010, commercial lending rates were around two per cent higher than residential rates \u2013 now they are almost the same.<br \/>\nAs the economy continues to adapt to the wind down of the mining sector, the government is looking to stimulate other sectors of the economy.
