a buyer and a seller."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It is estimated &#8211; according to a recent NAB survey &#8211; that up to 3.5% of all property purchasers in Australia are completed with the assistance of a buyer&#8217;s agent compared to 45% in the USA where buyer\u2019s agents are a much more used resource.\u00a0 Some estimate that figure will climb to 37% in Australia<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0 Just one week ago in the US, courts ruled in favour of a group of consumers on a compensation claim worth $415M that relates to how buyers agents are paid in that country.\u00a0 If approved, it is set to turn the commission structure and selling process in the USA on its head.\u00a0 Already some industry leaders are looking at the Australian model as a guide. \u00a0 But today we look the value they bring to the buying process with REBAA President Melinda Jennison.\u00a0 Negative Gearing is under attack &#8211;
