After recording a small increase in preliminary clearance last week, this week\u2019s preliminary clearance rate is down 2.2% with 56.4% of the 1,285 results reported being successful.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">With 656 homes auctioned this week, Melbourne maintained its position as the busiest auction market for the second consecutive week.
