There were 2,945 homes taken to auction across the combined capital cities this week. Despite the recent weather and flooding events in Brisbane and Sydney, withdrawal rates have held relatively low.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Melbourne was host to 1,426 auctions this week and Sydney agents conducted 993 property auctions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Across the smaller capitals, Adelaide recorded the highest preliminary auction clearance rate (82.1 percent), followed by Canberra (75.7 percent) and Brisbane (69.8 percent).<\/span><\/p>\n
