Of the 174 sold results, 50.6 percent were sold prior to the scheduled auction date.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There were 668 auctions held in Sydney this week. Of the 593 results collected so far, 83.8 percent were successful, making it the 7<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> consecutive week where the city has recorded a preliminary auction clearance rate above 80.0 percent. Of the 497 sold results, 52.7 percent were sold prior to the scheduled auction date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Across the smaller auction markets, Adelaide was the best performing this week with a preliminary auction clearance rate of 88.1 percent, followed by Canberra (69.4 percent), Brisbane (68.1 percent), and Perth (63.6 percent).
