There were 2448 homes taken to auction this week, returning a preliminary clearance rate of 80.5%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Melbourne\u2019s 1,204 auctions returned a preliminary clearance rate of 78.1% while in Sydney the clearance rate was higher at 84.8%.
