{"id":30759,"date":"2020-11-23T17:20:52","date_gmt":"2020-11-23T06:20:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/channels.realty.com.au\/realestatetalk\/?p=30759"},"modified":"2021-04-09T13:34:59","modified_gmt":"2021-04-09T03:34:59","slug":"national-8-month-high","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/channels.realty.com.au\/realtytalk\/national-8-month-high\/","title":{"rendered":"National 8 month high"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Adelaide market reacts to lockdown<br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Melbourne gains strength<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Sydney stabilizes<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There were 1,791 homes scheduled for auction across the combined capital cities this week and of the 1,442 results collected so far, 73.6% have reported a successful result. \u00a0 This week\u2019s volumes are not only higher than last week\u2019s 1,728 auctions held, but the highest number of auctions held since the week ending 5th April.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In Melbourne, volumes increased over the week with 632 properties scheduled to go under the hammer, while in Sydney there were 807 scheduled auctions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Across the smaller cities, Canberra was the standout performer for another week with over 80% of auctions successful.
