Last week saw the final weighted average clearance rate improve across a lower volume of auctions and fewer withdrawn auctions. There were 1,154 capital city homes scheduled for auction last week, returning a final auction clearance rate of 58.7%.\u00a0 <\/span>To the week ahead now and this week, auction volumes are expected to remain somewhat steady on both a week-on-week and year-on-year basis.\u00a0 \u00a0 CoreLogic are currently tracking 1,190 auctions this week.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
