During his tenure, he focused on land use, property assemblage for future New York City development projects, and investment property acquisitions for the firm\u2019s clients. But what most people don\u2019t know is that when he was first hired, he had no salary nor a draw\u2026 but they were rolling in it.<\/p>\n

Steven is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York since 1976 and an active member of the Sales Brokers Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He currently serves as a director on the Commercial Board of Directors of REBNY.<\/p>\n
