for those particular suburbs.<br \/>\nThese are the hot spots of our capital city markets.<br \/>\nSo this week, we\u2019re taking a look at the top 10 performing suburbs in every capital city for both houses and apartments.<br \/>\nThese figures come from CoreLogic\u2019s\u00a0<em>Best of the Best Report<\/em>, which was released in December last year and is based on September quarter
