Is the Perth party over?

Is the Perth party over?

Following a decade in the doldrums, property values in Perth have soared.  Realty Marketplace is reporting national buyers agents and interstate investors are flooding the market there, as they seek to cash in. Bushy asks long term local WA property entrepreneur, investor advocate Ashleigh Goodchild if it is too late.   Part of being a good investor, in any asset class, is understanding the power of leverage.   With new technology and the improvements in AI, you might be tempted to say “to hell with it, I can manage my own property and save heaps”.  We asked respected property management consultant Brigitte Stills  to outline just what is involved so you can decide if that is the best use of your time.

As a buyer and vendor advocate in Melbourne there have been a number of properties where I have been appointed as a vendor advocate in a sale where the managing agent was not appointed as the listing agent
due to the poor management . Rental management is a tough job and certainly underpaid in Melbourne . We need to create a career in that area which is rewarded instead of most agents wanting to become a sales agent in the quest for rivers of gold. Great program thankyou Mark Thompson MPS Buyer and Vendor Advocates Melbourne
