Posted at 14:53h, 15 JuneAs a buyer and vendor advocate in Melbourne there have been a number of properties where I have been appointed as a vendor advocate in a sale where the managing agent was not appointed as the listing agent
due to the poor management . Rental management is a tough job and certainly underpaid in Melbourne . We need to create a career in that area which is rewarded instead of most agents wanting to become a sales agent in the quest for rivers of gold.
