One agency group in Australia has been on the front foot in preparing its workforce for a change in how they might work in the future. The McGrath team operates from headquarters in Pyrmont, Sydney as well as six sales offices in the real estate business’s Sydney Metro precincts. All staff in those offices took part in the trial for a 24-hour period on Monday. Geoff Lucas is CEO of McGrath Limited tells us what happened.
